Job Description

Position Title : Contract Manager
Working Location : Woodlands
Working Hours : 5.25 Days, Mon - Fri (9am – 6pm), Alternate Sat (9am – 1pm)
Salary Package : Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
Duration : Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of Quantity Surveyors in all matters related to contracts and commercial management.

Analyze cost estimates and tenders, oversee contract execution, and provide expert advice to project teams on contractual issues.

Handle tender submissions, contract variations, progress billing, and approval of payments to subcontractors.

Organize and compile all contractual documents and timelines, while assisting in cost estimation, technical specifications, quantity schedules, and other bidding components.

Handle resolution of contractual disputes across various projects, from initial tendering through to final completion.

Conduct quantity take-offs, develop pricing strategies, and submit competitive tenders.

Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate closely with on-site project teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Management, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction sector.

Self-motivated, independent and able to perform effectively under tight deadlines.

Well-versed in procurement strategies and planning.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
