Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of supervisors, workers, sub-contractors, and vendors to execute works within given timeframes.
• Resolve site issues with supervisors, sub-contractors, vendors, main contractors, and related third parties.
• Coordinate site works, workflows, and inspections with main contractors’ site representatives, including attending site coordination meetings.
• Plan, implement, and monitor weekly work activities with supervisors in accordance with the master schedule.
• Monitor work progress, productivity, quality, and material usage to ensure targets are met.
• Enforce and monitor adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations by all personnel and sub-contractors.
• Prepare shop drawings, “As-Built” drawings, and Materials Bill of Quantities for the project.
• Track, monitor, and ensure timely submission of all shop drawings, materials, and “As-Built” drawings.
• Coordinate with main contractors and third parties on Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and resolve clashes prior to construction.
• Attend Toolbox meetings and all safety meetings.
• Implement Testing & Commissioning plans.
