Roles & Responsibilities

ob Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional
  • Degree in Building Construction / Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Singapore construction / main con / builder
  • Strong in time management Skills
  • Ability to work independently and pro-active in the delivery of tasks
  • Ability to display initiatives, work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Good communication skills

Job Description :

  • Responsible for budget estimate, cost checking, preparation of tender submission
  • Review specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and costing structures
  • Manage submission works, contractual requirements and VO
  • Handle progress claim, progress payment & finalization of accounts
  • Carry out quantity take-off for tendering and on-going projects
  • Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
  • Monitor actual construction vs contract work quantity to ensure cost is managed within budget throughout the project
  • Assist on project scheduling
  • Attend project / site meeting with customer, consultant and vendors
  • Other Information :

  • Salary shall commensurate with qualification and experience
  • 5 working days per week
  • 5 min walking distance to MRT
