IT Storage Presales Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you will be a key player in designing and delivering enterprise storage solutions, including storage area networks (SAN), network-attached storage (NAS), data protection (backup and recovery), and disaster recovery systems for enterprise and government clients. This position requires a deep technical understanding of storage technologies and involves collaborating with account teams to drive new business opportunities in a high-growth environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of storage solutions, including SAN, NAS, and object storage, ensuring they align with client requirements and business goals
• Work closely with sales and account teams to identify new opportunities, providing strategic guidance and expert consultation on storage infrastructure to key clients
• Develop comprehensive technical proposals, configure detailed Bills of Materials (BoMs), and create pricing models specifically for storage and data management solutions
• Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our storage products and services to prospective customers and partners
• Manage the presales phase of tender responses, clarifying technical queries and ensuring timely submission of detailed proposals
• Collaborate with product teams, vendors, and technology partners to deliver integrated storage solutions that expand our market reach
• Conduct regular training sessions for internal teams and partners on new storage technologies, product capabilities, and solution benefits
• Stay up-to-date on storage industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to keep our solutions ahead of the curve
