Clinic Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated, organised and responsible clinic executive to join us in private specialist clinics, at a Parkway East clinic and / or a Mount Elizabeth Novena clinic. If you are passionate about working with patients and thrive in a team, we would love to speak with you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Registers patients in clinic and answers phone calls.
• Communicate politely to patients, doctors, other clinics and hospital staff, in person, over the phone and via WhatsApp (clinic handphone provided).
• Schedule and manage patient appointments in a timely manner.
• Assist the doctors in clinic consultations.
• Explain clinic bills and collect payments.
• Dispense medications to patients.
• Handle insurance claims and Letters of Guarantee (LOG) applications, training will be provided.
• Manage medication inventory and orders of clinics' supplies.
• Keep clinic clean and tidy every day.
