Roles & Responsibilities

Optical Retail Assistant

Salary : $2200 - $2800, no commission

Working Days : 5 days, 9 : 30am to 8pm (offday on Monday & Friday)

Working Location : Choa Chu Kang

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily optics retail store operation
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Check and replenish stock
• Maintain cleanliness of the store
• Manage customer enquiries
• Recommend customer products based on their preferences and needs
• Daily housekeeping duties
• Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned
• Handle administrative functions such as processing of purchases and ordering of stock etc
