Job descriptionPossess a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). Knowledge of Precast & PPVC will be an advantage. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting. Eagerness to learn and a quick ability to absorb new information and skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Produce detailed CAD drawings for construction sequences, site utilization and temporary works, including scaffolding, shoring, and formwork systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand design requirements and project specifications.
- Revise and update drawings as necessary based on feedback and field conditions.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and project bids by providing accurate drawings.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and verify conditions for drafting.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative and coordination duties assigned by supervisors.
