Roles & Responsibilities

[10 months contract, renewable]

About the Role

  • We are looking for Full Stack Engineers with a solid track record in delivering government projects.
  • You should be comfortable working across the tech stack and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a structured environment.
  • Part of a 10-12 person team, aim to successfully deliver the product's first Minimum Viable Product (MVP) within 7.5 months.
  • Experience with generative AI (GenAI) technologies is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain full stack applications — front-end, back-end, and database components in a scrum team
  • Develop features leveraging on GenAI tools to improve productivity for users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, product owners, and other engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure systems are secure, performant, and compliant with relevant government standards and regulations.
  • Support DevOps processes, CI / CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation as needed.
  • Review and refine technical documentation, specifications, and user stories.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy.

    • Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience delivering government projects on GCC environment.
  • Strong proficiency in React and Node.js or Python
  • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or DynamoDB
  • Familiarity with AWS and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiar with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
  • Familiar with secure coding practices and compliance requirements (e.g. IM8)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Experience integrating GenAI tools or LLM APIs into applications.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery practices in a government context.
  • Experience integrating with on-premise systems or hybrid cloud environments.
  • Experience with case management systems or document extraction tools
