Accounting Executive

We are a growing group of companies involved in innovative

IoT solutions, smart energy systems, and cross-border technology

ventures. With operations in Singapore and Malaysia, we are

expanding our finance team to support our day-to-day accounting,

compliance, and business planning

needs.

Key

Responsibilities :

Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including AR,

AP, GL entries, bank reconciliation, and petty cash.

Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, GST

submissions, and payroll journals.

Liaise with

external accountants, tax agents, and auditors to ensure compliance

and timely filing.

Manage inter-company

accounts across Singapore and Malaysia (MYR / SGD).

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and

necessary documentation for audit and tax purposes.

Perform cash flow forecasting, expense tracking, and

budgeting support.

Support HR-related finance

work, including claims processing and statutory contributions (e.g.

CPF).

Maintain organized filing of finance

records and agreements (both physical and digital).

Involved in business planning, grant reporting, and

assisting management in ad-hoc financial

analysis.

Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in Accountancy / Finance / ACCA /

equivalent.

1-3 years of working experience in

accounting roles preferred (fresh graduates may also be

considered).

Proficiency in cloud accounting

software (e.g. QuickBooks Online, Xero) is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability

to work independently.

Comfortable managing

multi-entity and multi-currency accounts.

Able

to work collaboratively across teams and

geographies.
