Job description

Key Responsibilities

In-charge of repair / service sales division
Main Engine & aux engine repair, pumps, compressors, purifier, hydraulic, etc at shipyard, working anchorage, OPL, follow voyage, PSA & Jurong port, etc

a. ship owner, ship manager

b. Shipyard – DDW Pax ocean, ST Marine, Keppel, etc

c. Industry – sewage treatment, Jurong & Kranji

d. Spares & equipment supplier

e. Engineer solution

Prepare & submit repair / service quotation to customer

Get quotation from repairer

Co-ordinate and arrange internal and external service team

Co-ordinate between customer, agent & vessel for dispatching our teams to go onboard vessel to carry out repair / servicing job and or pre-work inspection

Follow up with customer for status of our offer

Co-ordinate with repairer & customer for any claims, disputes or complaints on work done or supply

Prepare & submit inspection / service report to customer in accordance with ISO requirement & standard, filing of report is part of the job scope as per requirement

Update & submit, sales report - quotation, enquiry against actual sale statistic report by weekly, monthly & yearly

Co-ordinate between the sales team & production / service team for reconditioning work of stock item

Coard vessel to meet Capt / Chief engineer for service & spares sales call & inspection in due course

Carry out risk assessment for each service and observe safe work practices and regulations onboard vessels & in the workshop is part of the job responsibilities
