WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Plan and develop programs, agendas, budgets and services according to the event requirements
• Source and prepare logistical proposal for manpower resource and equipment requirement
• Liaise and manage with key stakeholders within the organisation
• Coordinate and negotiate with vendors or suppliers
• Design and support the team in day-to-day project requirements
• Assist the team in any other matters as and when required
