Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of real asset markets
  • Maintain and update database of properties / facilities
  • Review news articles and reports in assigned regional markets
  • Develop expertise in assigned regional markets
  • Exposure to key asset class

Requirements :

  • Pursuing or attained a Diploma or Degree in Real Estate / Economics / Business or similar
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills for researching and analysing data
  • Interest in real estate, finance, economic and / or technology issues

    • Other Information :

  • Location : Remote
  • Working Hours : Mon - Fri (Flexible / Part-time; 8 hours a day; pro-rated if
  • Internship allowance will be provided
