Roles & Responsibilities

No Experience Required – Training Provided

5 Days work week

Jobs Responsibilities :

  • Attend to and manage enquiries in person / over the counter, and kiosk.
  • Handle general enquiries, manage complaints and feedback.
  • Routing resolve concern, and escalate cases if required
  • Ensure seamless experience, and other ad-hoc as required

Requirements :

  • Singaporean Only
  • Minimum O / A / H.Nitec / Diploma in any field or its equivalent
