Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for in-house and client systems (hardware & software).
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, printers, and security equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance (backups, virus scans, updates) and troubleshoot network issues.
- Support on-site operations and temporary IT setups when required.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with departments / clients on IT requirements.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years' above IT support experience preferred.Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Good Team playerWilling to work outside office hours, weekends, or holidays (off-in-lieu provided).Independent, resourceful, and able to handle multiple tasks.Please note : Salary depending on the number of years of related job experience
