Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program / Project Manager to oversee and drive successful project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and ensuring alignment with company goals. He will also manage team members in delivering high-quality solutions for our products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
• Prepare high-quality project reports, proposals, and documentation with excellent English composition.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Manage sub-contractors and suppliers involved in the production process.
• Participate in pre-sales processes and define customer solutions.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
• Ensure quality assurance of system solutions, including project output reviews.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and policies.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and contractual obligations.
• Guide teams on standardized methodologies and best practices in collaborative projects.
• Engage with government agencies such as DSTA, MHA, and other relevant bodies where applicable.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Travel as required to meet project objectives and stakeholders.
