M&E Engineer - CHIU TENG CONSTRUCTION CO. PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Co-ordinates with consultants, sub-contractor, clients and other on all M&E matters, ensuring compliance in requirements, specifications and ensure project is on schedule
• Maintaining and developing good working relationships with internal and external customers
• Attend Coordinating Meeting
• Arrangement of work accordingly to work programs
• To Manage & Monitor subcontractors works and progress and feedback to Project Manager
• To supervise & coordinator M&E work on site
• Local experience in construction industry is preferrable
• Well versed in Building and M&E Installation
• Able to plan and handle drawings details
• Able to liaise with sub-contractors, clients & consultants
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Engineering from a recognized institution
• Must be Registered Professional Engineer with PEB Singapore / Specialized Professional Engineer
• At least 5 years of working experience in Building & Construction
• Knowledge in Auto Cad is preferred
