R&D / Design Engineer (Power Electronics)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, model, and implement analog and digital control systems for switch-mode power converters to meet performance, cost, and reliability targets.
• Develop and validate firmware for MCU / DSP-based controllers, including control algorithms, bootloaders, and peripheral drivers.
• Conduct circuit simulations, prototype builds, and performance testing (electrical, thermal, and EMI / EMC).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, PCB, manufacturing, and quality) to ensure smooth design transfer to production.
• Prepare and maintain design documentation, test reports, and BOMs in accordance with ISO and compliance standards.
