Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct onsite testing and commissioning of completed projects.
- Identify and resolve issues related to defective or malfunctioning equipment.
- Test various types of cables and products before, during, and after installation, including rack assembly and equipment setup.
- Oversee onsite testing and commissioning processes for completed projects.
- Provide support for preventative maintenance, setup, and operation of audio and video systems.
- Perform system upgrades, manage issues, troubleshoot incidents, and identify root causes.
- Research, design, and implement audio processing modules and create diagrams for audio, video, and control systems, contributing to the engineering design process.
- Compile and analyze weekly reports, incident reports, and service report submissions.
- Manage project updates and communicate progress to the Project Lead / Director.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as needed.
Job Requirements :
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the field is required.Strong understanding of audio-video engineering fundamentals.Experience with products like videowalls, LED, video conferencing systems, amplifiers, speakers and control systems.Experience in project management and coordination.Knowledge of symmetric drawings.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.A team player with the ability to work independently.Capable of handling high-pressure situations effectively.Benefits :
