Job Responsibilities
– 5.5 Days work week. Must be onsite to oversee and manage all events
– Actively source for new sales leads, working towards monthly KPIs and deliverables for our restaurants
– Plan and execute brand events, private bookings, and seasonal campaigns
– Work closely with marketing, kitchen, and service teams to ensure seamless operations
– Build relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients
– Track event budgets, timelines, and post-event performance
– Elevate GFM’s reputation as the go-to destination for fresh seafood and unforgettable events
What We’re Looking For :
– 2+ years in event planning or F&B / events marketing
– Experience managing vendors, logistics, and teams
– Strong communication skills and attention to detail
– Passion for food, wine, and guest experience
– Available to work on-site, weekends, and evenings when needed
