- Assist the Manager in ensuring the smooth operations and effective management for the day-to-day operations of the assigned building
- Carry out daily inspection to upkeep the property in good and serviceable conditions
- Prepare, evaluate and recommend for contract / quotation works
- Carry out all work functions to the highest standard expected for the client
- Handle renewal of term contracts and upkeeping of contractual records
- Manage service providers in cleaners, security and landscape
- Attend to residents' feedback and complaints
- Manage facilities booking
Job Requirements
Diploma in Building / Facility Management / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building management services / managing strata-titled properties (condominiums)Tell employers what skills you have
