About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our portfolio of China public listed companies. This individual will play a key role in driving financial performance by overseeing financial modelling, consolidation, and FP&A activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, hands-on experience, and the ability to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and consolidation of group financial statements incompliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support budgeting,forecasting, valuation, and strategic planning.
• Drive the FP&A process, including preparation of annual budgets, rollingforecasts, and performance variance analysis.
• Provide management with clear, data-driven insights and recommendations tosupport strategic decision-making.
• Partner with business units to evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information through effective internal controls and processes.
• Support special projects, including M&A evaluations, investor relations materials, and ad-hoc management requests.
