Service Engineer (CCTV)

Responsibilities :

• Work with the customer service representative to quickly and efficiently solve customers security system issues
• Provide support and maintenance services such as routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades / expansions / alterations, and systems training
• Increase customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Renew maintenance contracts as necessary
• Ensure quality of Convergint services by strictly following company standards and policies to deliver a prompt and efficient response to all service requests in the region
• Handle daily troubleshooting and follow up on all open technical issues until the problem is resolved
• Take over all service issues from the project team after the external handover is complete
