Office Admin (Central, $2,500)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to management and other department in the company.
• Assist in book-keeping for company’s financial transaction and internal documents.
• Handle documentation of company’s administrative expenses such as employee claims, payment voucher and invoices.
• Office facility management support such as office equipment’s maintenance services, company assets, replenish pantry inventory.
• Assist and coordinating for company’s events.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
