Roles & Responsibilities

. Surveying buildings and repair mechanical systems

. Performing maintenance of electrical systems

. Inspecting,analyzing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.

. Sourcing replacement parts.

. Repairing or replacing faulty equipment.

. Fabricating any components required.

. Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.

. Inspect alam systems (fire ,protection)and schedule repairs

when needed

. Perform manual repairs when necessary
