Responsibilities
Meet
the company's sales goals.
Seek and onboard
new retail partners.
Present and promote new
products (Cosmetics / Skincare / Beauty / FMCG) to current
retailers.
Oversee and implement promotional
activities on e-commerce platforms, and in physical
stores.
Organize events in stores to increase
brand awareness.
Lead and train beauty
advisors to achieve sales targets.
Build and
maintain relationships with store managers through regular
visits.
Conduct livestream sessions to
advertise and sell products.
Other ad-hoc
tasks assigned.
APPLY

At least 2
years of experience as an Account Executive or Education Executive
in the cosmetics field.
Enthusiasm for sales
and in-store beauty training.
Availability for
a flexible schedule, including weekends, some evenings, and certain
holidays.
Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills, both written and verbal, including group
presentations and facilitation.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint.
