Roles & Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Scheduling
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, and engineers.
Resource planning and allocation.
2. Site & Progress Management
Supervise site progress to ensure work is on schedule and within budget.
Lead site meetings and resolve site issues.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and authorities.
3. Budget & Cost Control
Monitor project expenditures.
Approve variations, manage claims and cost-saving measures.
Coordinate with QS and finance teams on budget forecasting.
4. Contract & Compliance
Review and manage contracts, tenders, and procurement.
Ensure compliance with safety (WSH), quality, and regulatory requirements (BCA, SCDF, MOM).
5. Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
Regularly report to senior management and stakeholders.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and consultants.
6. Risk & Issue Resolution
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans.
Resolve project delays, disputes, and technical problems
Requirements :
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Familiarity with Singapore’s construction regulations (BCA, MOM, SCDF).
Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, or other project management tools.
