HR Generalist (Payroll / Performance Management)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Salary range: $4000 - $4500

• AWS and Performance Bonus provided

• Working days & hours: 9:00AM – 6:00PM (Monday – Friday)

• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio

Job Scope

• Handle payroll calculations, attendance data processing, and employee onboarding / offboarding / transfer procedures.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, and offer follow-up.
• Maintain and update HR systems to support full employee lifecycle management and ensure accuracy of personnel records and employee data.
• Be familiar with and implement local employment laws and regulations; support and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with Singapore labor standards.
• Assist with employee relations, training, full-cycle performance management implementation and daily HR operations.
• Support other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirement

• Diploma in HR Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years related experience in relevant position
