Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

Human Resources

  • Draft and post job descriptions on multiple channels.
  • Manage candidate communications and interview scheduling.
  • Support onboarding & offboarding processes with proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and policy updates.

Finance

  • Sort and organize invoices into the correct folders (physical and / or digital).
  • Process staff claims, reimbursements, and expense tracking.
  • Assist in invoice management and vendor payment processing.
  • Update and reconcile financial records and reports.
  • Support preparation of budget and expense summaries for management.

    • General Support

  • Prepare reports using Google Sheets / Docs and Microsoft Excel / Word.
  • Conduct research and provide administrative support for HR & Finance projects.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks and cross-department initiatives.

    • Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree / diploma in HR, Finance, Business, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • A team player with initiative and willingness to learn.
