A leading US industrial equipment manufacturer, they are one of the global leaders that pride themselves on delivering premium quality and reliability with a long-standing history. With Singapore as their SEA headquarters, they are now looking for a high-caliber finance leader to lead their finance function as a Regional Finance Director.

About the Job

Reporting to the CFO, you will be managing a small finance team with oversight of the full spectrum of financial management for the region, including monthly financial and reporting activities. You will work closely with the in-country finance teams to ensure proper month-end closing activities and be the technical advisor on cash flow, tax, and audit matters. As a finance business partner, you will provide qualitative analytics on business performance by customers and markets, drive robust pricing strategies, and support commercial contracts review. You will also drive continuous improvement to finance processes and optimize efficiencies and controls. Additionally, you will take the lead in managing the ERP migration process alongside the global rollout in 2 years' time.

Skills and Experience Required

You should ideally be degree qualified with CPA / CA and at least 15 years of regional finance controlling experience, gained from manufacturing or heavy machinery MNCs with reporting to HQ. Given the lean team setup, you are comfortable being hands-on and rolling up your sleeves to drive process improvements. You possess strong leadership skills and are communicative, dynamic, and adaptable to a steadfast environment.
