Roles & Responsibilities
Job Descriptions :
To prepare, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring assigned projects / jobs according to project schedules.
- To assist Project Manager in planning and supervision works to ensure client project are carried out timely and safely.
- To assist Project Manager, co-ordinate site operations with clients, consultants and sub-contractor.
- To coordinate on site work permit, submission of drawing and other documentation such as risk assessment, MOS and etc.
- To assist in site administration, procurement including request for quotation of material.
- To perform quality control tasks on equipment, budgets, schedules, plans and personal performance and reporting on project’s status.
- Ensuring project are compliance with authorities' rules and regulations, safety practices, policies performances standards and specifications.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.Fresh graduates with good Civil Engineering background are also encouraged to apply.2 or more years of field experience preferred.Autocad skills & basic computer skills : Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and excel).Other related qualification : Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors.Good personality, independent, resourceful, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work as a team.Good leadership, project management, supervision and decision-making skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Able to work with multiple discipline projects.Able to work late nights and sometimes on Sunday / Public Holidays.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
