Job descriptionProvide tailored consultations and build trusted relationships with expecting and new mothers. Deliver high-quality, empathetic customer service aligned with the wellness journey of clients. Maintain strong client retention through personalized follow-up and care. Lead, mentor, and train the sales and front-desk team to achieve performance standards. Conduct regular coaching sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and service etiquette. Foster a positive and professional work culture focused on collaboration and results.
