Company Profile : MNC - Chemical Company

Responsibilities :

  • To provide support to the sales team on order processing and fulfilling customer requirement
  • Handle order processing and L / C documentation
  • Handle sales enquires and customer complaints
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
  • Keep track of inventory and perform purchasing function

Requirements :

  • Diploma in Business studies
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service, order processing and export shipping experience required
  • Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications
  • Other Information :

  • Permanent Position
  • 5 day work week (8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm)
