Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibility :
- Deployment of daily tasks to each team members;
- Manage the attendance and discipline of team members;
- Provide training and motivate team members to achieve 100% stock accuracy and 100% on-time picking and packing
- Trouble shooting whenever necessary
- Manage the MHE / assets used by the team
- Report to and support Operation Manager to achieve goals
