Researcher (Intern)
As a Researcher Intern, you will support the recruitment team in identifying and managing potential candidates. This includes sourcing talent, updating databases, and helping build talent pipelines for current and future roles.
You will also assist with general HR administrative tasks, such as organizing documents, scheduling interviews, and supporting employee engagement activities.
The role offers hands-on experience in recruitment operations and an opportunity to develop research and communication skills in a professional HR setting.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Recruitment Support :
Assist with candidate mapping and research.
Support initial outreach to candidates under guidance.
Help screen and qualify candidates by gathering key information.
Prepare candidate CVs and summaries for internal use.
Assist in coordinating interviews and scheduling.
Support the creation of simple email campaigns and job ads.
Help draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
HR Administrative Support :
Assist the HR team with day-to-day admin tasks.
Help schedule interviews and maintain candidate communication.
Support onboarding for new interns or employees.
Organize and maintain employee files and records.
Contribute to planning and organizing internal team activities or events.
