Job Overview :

The Telemarketer will be part of an exciting team that is crucial to the expansion of the organisation. This person will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our products or services over the phone. Your ability to build rapport with clients and close sales will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell products or services
• Provide information about the company's offerings and answer customer inquiries
• Identify customer needs and tailor conversations to offer appropriate products or services
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Handle objections and resolve customer issues professionally
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Adhere to scripts, policies, and regulations as required by the company
