Roles & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support ongoing projects across various teams. This role involves helping manage documentation, tracking progress, coordinating communication, and supporting overall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with preparing project documents, timelines, reports, and meeting notes
• Help organize meetings, workshops, and team activities
• Track project progress and share updates with stakeholders
• Collect and analyze data to support project decisions
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners
• Manage and report on risks, issues, and changes
• Support budget tracking and resource coordination
• Suggest improvements to project processes and workflows
