Job Title : Assistant Regional Sales Manager (Cranes)
Our Client : Our client has a rich history spanning over 120 years, dedicated to delivering high-quality, customer-oriented products and services. As a prominent provider of engineered lifting solutions, they design, manufacture, market, and support a diverse range of mobile hydraulic cranes, tower cranes, lattice-boom crawler cranes, and boom trucks through their well-known brand names.
This role involves driving sales growth by developing strategic customer relationships, preparing detailed sales proposals, and collaborating with teams to support product promotions-all while ensuring seamless communication and support for dealers and key clients in the crane equipment sector.
The Responsibilities :
- Drive sales growth within assigned territories to achieve targets
- Prepare detailed sales quotations, including product specifications
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the distribution network and key crane rental companies
- Support dealers with forecasting and planning to sustain sales and increase volume
- Collaborate with Marketing on promotional activities, including product launches and marketing materials
- Conduct market assessments and provide relevant feedback
The Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field; equivalent experience may be considered4-6 years of relevant experience, ideally with a background in crane equipment sales (not required)Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeTeam player with strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently when neededExcellent organizational skills and customer communication abilitiesWillingness to travel locally and internationally to engage with customersAll shortlisted candidates will be contacted
