Job Description & Requirements
Lead in Site Coordination with all trades.
- Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS.
- To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings.
- Planning of Architectural Works and micro scheduling with other disciplines.
- Liaison with consultants, contractors & authorities on project matter
- Implement and ensure QC plan
- Procurement and Monitoring of Architectural related materials.
- To carry out inspection / trade demo / material testing / mock-up
- To verify VO and prepare back charges.
- Attend sub-con meetings.
- To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Arch)
- Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade
- demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants.
- Complete design studies and monitor builds
- Create work schedules.
- To update Architectural progress with scheduling tools.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor / Management.
- Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
- Relevant HDB experience will be added advantage.
- Only Singaporeans.

Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Architectural or a related disciplineRelevant qualification of certificates in architectural disciplineAble to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smoothprogress of works, high quality standards and minimal defects.Preferably completed QM projectIndependent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.Good knowledge of Architectural specs and BCA quality requirements.Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM.Min. 8 years experience in Singapore construction projects.High degree of initiative and strong analytical skillKnowledge in A&A works / Project works welcomeTell employers what skills you have
