*URGENT* Perm Clinic Assistant (North East) #HFT

Roles & Responsibilities

• Registering of patients under the right category of Private, CHAS, CDMP, MBS and Corporate patients
  Assist doctors in procedures, such as ECG, dressing procedures and medical examinations.
• Pack and dispense prescribed medication to patients.
• Collection of payment and/or process claims for CHAS, CDMP, MBS and Corporate patients.
• Arrange/Booking appointment for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination.
• Daily e-submission of Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes
• Any other duties as may be assigned by Immediate Supervisor and/or the Management.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec/Diploma in any discipline
• Experience in healthcare/clinical setting would be advantageous
