Occupation : Call Centre Operator

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing the 24-hour Customer Service Hotline Administration
• CCTV Surveillance and Audio Communication Support
• Monitoring, coordinating and liasing with internal departments
• Management Reporting

Requirements

• Min. Secondary
• Must be computer literate
• Willing to work on shift duties, Sundays/PH
• Rotating off days
