Roles & Responsibilities

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Performing and completing scheduled preventive maintenance jobs for biomedical and scientific equipment by following manufacturer's instructions and checklist.
• Troubleshooting and repairing breakdowns jobs for biomedical and scientific equipment by following manufacturer's instructions.
• Troubleshooting and assisting user department on NGEMR related issues for biomedical and scientific equipment.
• Ordering and expediting parts orders for breakdowns jobs.
• Ensuring scheduled preventive maintenance and breakdowns jobs for biomedical and scientific equipment are completed within KPI or reasonable timeframe with justification provided.
• Liaising with user department, biomedical and scientific equipment vendors ensuring impact to user’s operations are minimized.
• Assisting user department on their biomedical and scientific equipment inventory.
• Attending technical training on biomedical and scientific equipment arranged by Training Coordinator.
• Understand IT, Cybersecurity and EMR Integration related matters for biomedical and scientific equipment.
