Logistics Coordinator (Tuas)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support through phone and email communication.
• Prepare shipping and import / export documents in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and issue invoices upon shipment closure.
• Monitor shipment clearance and delivery to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound activities meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate warehouse activities in collaboration with the supervisor.
• Work closely with other departments to fulfill customer orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by keeping precise records and reporting any discrepancies.
• Carry out general housekeeping duties to uphold workplace cleanliness and organization.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety standards.
