Quality Control :
Check quality of food prepared by staff and make necessary adjustments.
Monitor food quality and quantity to ensure economical usage of ingredients.
Inventory Management :
Assist in daily purchasing and receiving of goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure seamless operations.
Cleaning and Sanitation :
Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the kitchen.
Ensure compliance with Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures.
