Job Summary :
Successful candidate will be responsible for in house MIS and End user matters.
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle PC / Laptop Support, Outlook, Windows
- Handle daily IT End user Issues
- Software and Hardware Troubleshooting
- Maintain Asset Inventories
- Maintain and update IT Documentation and Policy
- Participate in annual BCM and IT DR exercise
- Vendor Management
- Any other tasks when assigned by supervisor
