Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Performs recording and posting of all accounting transactions.
• Prepares billing and collection reports.
• Prepares daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual tax transactions and reports (input/output VAT, EWT etc.)
• Conducts review of general and subsidiary Ledgers.
• Monitors and reconciles purchasing transactions.
• Prepares financial reports and statements.

Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s / College degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures.
• Preferably with experience on Accounting Systems or Quickbooks.
• Attention to details and accuracy.
• Willing to work in Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang.
