The Customer Support Specialist will provide players with supports for WARGAMING.NET products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and an interest in gaming.
Reports to
Regional Customer Support Manager
What will you do?
Respond to player inquiries promptly and professionally in Chinese Language
Troubleshoot and resolve technical / gaming issues related to gaming products and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Document player interactions and resolutions accurately in the system
Maintain a thorough understanding of our gaming products and stay updated on industry trends
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward players at all times
What are we looking for?
Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Chinese Language
Prior experience in front line service or customer service industry
Ability to stay calm when players are stressed or upset
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
Willing to work on the weekends and in office
High School Graduate, Associates Degree preferred
Interested in joining the gaming industry
What additional skills will help you stand out?
Advanced written and verbal communications skills in English
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, or equivalent tools
Excellent knowledge of Windows-based operating systems
Passion for game, especially Wargaming products, is a plus
