Overview :
A growing tech company is looking for a Solution Sales Engineer to support its regional sales efforts with strong technical input. This role bridges the gap between commercial teams and engineering, helping to design and present tailored solutions to clients in various sectors, including enterprise, maritime, and government.
Responsibilities :
- Work with sales teams to support pre-sales efforts like presentations, proposals, and client discussions
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable satellite or RF-based solutions
- Conduct product demos, workshops, and technical walkthroughs
- Support technical aspects of integration, onboarding, and project planning
- Prepare technical documents for tenders and proposals
- Act as a technical advisor to clients, integrators, and partners
- Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services
- Attend industry events, field trials, and training sessions across the region
Requirements :
Singaporean citizen or PR preferredDiploma or Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field23 years in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution engineeringExperience with satellite comms, RF systems, or telecom infrastructureStrong communication and presentation skillsWilling to travel regionally as neededIndependent, problem-solver with good team collaboration skillsFluent in English; other Asian languages a bonus
