Business Analyst

Job Description Work with business users and stakeholder to understand the needs and requirement specifications.

Manage end-to-end solution delivery, including development, unit testing, user acceptance support, validation, and deployment.

Provide day-to-day application support to users.

Coordinate with regional headquarters and external vendors to support project delivery and issue resolution when necessary. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT business analysis within the banking or financial services industry.

Must be effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, with strong ability to converse, read, and write in Chinese as most documents and correspondence as this role requires interacting with Chinese stakeholders in Regional Office.

Solid understanding and hands-on experience with SQL, data transformation processes (ETL), Hive, and data visualization

Prior exposure to MAS regulatory reporting systems will be viewed favorably

Strong attention to detail, self-directed, and able to contribute both independently and within a team setting.
