Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure overall smooth operations of the accounting team and maintain efficient workflows.
• Review team tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with deadlines.
• Manage client relationships by fostering long-term engagement and loyalty.
• Oversee document collection scheduling from clients; e.g. sending reminders for quarterly GST filings, arrange, monitor, and oversee the collection and safekeeping of client documents to ensure accountants can complete work on time.
• Coordinate with the company secretary and HR department to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Implement and maintain internal controls, providing recommendations to support mangement decision-making.
