Roles & Responsibilities

Requirment :

  • Working days & time : 5.5days 9am – 6pm / 9am -1pm,
  • Location : Main Office at Tuas
  • Salary : $3500 - $4500
  • Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering & or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experiences as Project coordinator / Site supervisor in construction industry of Singapore.
  • Basic computer skills to edit Microsoft , AutoCad, PDF & Etc.
  • Able to read drawings, write and speak in English.
  • Process good interpersonal & communication skill with a positive attitude.
  • An independent, also be able to work in Team, can cope in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated and a good team player.

Duties and responsibilities :

1.Duty

To conduct tools box briefing, planning and lead a team of electrician / worker to execute maintenance and / or project work

  • Attend meeting with client
  • Plan for manpower and materials for project works
  • Study drawings and explain to supervisors.
  • Conduct routine check and arrange for corrective work where necessary
  • Report to Project Manager on project status and any problems encounter
  • Prepare sample submission, shop drawings, as built drawing and O&M submission
  • Sign workers timecard

  • Ensure materials available for workers
  • Plan works for workers
  • Ensure workers are doing work correctly and safely
  • Check site status and report to Project Manager
  • Liaise with client representative on assigned project
  • Attend project meeting
  • Co-ordinate site works with main con
